The team’s capabilities include Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Strategy, Business Modelling, Accounting Advisory Services, Deal Advisory Research and Benchmarking.</li>\n  <li>KPMG’s Integration &amp; Separation team (ISA) advises clients on executing the operational integrations of acquisitions or joint ventures, and separations of businesses, in the case of divestitures or sale.
