Through primary care, behavioral health, dental services, Recuperative Care, Detox, Street Medicine, and care coordination programs, we help individuals improve their health and move toward greater stability and well-being.</p><p>We are seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to provide strategic oversight of the systems, processes, and operational functions that support high-quality, integrated care. This role is critical to ensuring the health center operates efficiently, remains financially sustainable, and continues to deliver exceptional services to the community.</p><p><strong>The Position</strong></p><p>As the Director of Clinic Operations, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the administrative functions that support the Village Health Center. Reporting to the Chief Health Officer, you will oversee clinic operations, revenue cycle performance, compliance activities, operational systems, and administrative services that enable high-quality, integrated healthcare delivery.</p><p>While clinical and program leaders focus on patient care and service delivery, you will ensure the operational infrastructure behind those services remains effective, compliant, financially sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.</p><p>This role is ideal for a collaborative healthcare leader who enjoys improving systems, solving complex operational challenges, supporting high-performing teams, and using data to drive organizational performance.</p><p><strong>Your Role in Leading Health Center functions, and operational support systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, patient access, service delivery, and organizational performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">Oversee revenue cycle operations and financial performance to support the long-term sustainability of the health center.</li><li style=\"margin-left: strategic initiatives and operational priorities that advance the mission and goals of the Village Health Center.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><p>Minimum Requirements</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Management, or a related field;Master&#39;sdegree preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, practice management, revenue cycle management, ora relatedhealthcare field.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">Minimum five (5) years of management experience with responsibility for staff leadership, operational oversight, and budget administration.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), community health center, integrated healthcare organization, or similar healthcare setting preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">Professional certification in healthcare administration, healthcare finance, practice populations.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Schedule</strong></p><p>Full-time leadership position supporting a Federally Qualified Health Center serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Standard business hours are generally Monday through Friday; however, flexibility is required to respond to operational priorities, regulatory requirements, audits, organizational initiatives, and occasional after-hours needs.</p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><p>Pay for this position is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
