Our commitment to get it right every time, everywhere, makes us the trusted partner of businesses and organizations worldwide.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of HireRight’s data sources that support products and services for the Enterprise. Ensures the data sources are consistent with HireRight quality standards and provides accurate, timely, and professional feedback related to evaluation and analysis of the data sources and related processes. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Understand HireRight’s systems and departmental processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance HireRight’s competitive advantage. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze data depth, coverage, and return on investment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and implement acquisition process efficiencies </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Contribute to maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Interact with team-members and other departments as a trainer and subject matter expert (SME) for all data acquired by the Data Acquisition Department. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain business relationships with existing data source providers and initiate contact for data updates that don’t conform to specified standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers, courts, and HireRight personnel providing data acquisition instruction as necessary.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required.</li>\n <li>Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior documentation and research experience. </li>\n <li>Training experience a plus. </li>\n <li>Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required. </li>\n <li>Proper verbal communication skills are required. </li>\n <li>Experience managing multiple projects and changing priorities. </li>\n <li>Purchasing or supply chain experience a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What do we offer</h2>\n<p>HireRight offers a competitive benefit package which includes:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical</li>\n <li>Dental</li>\n <li>Vision</li>\n <li>Paid Life/AD&D Insurance</li>\n <li>Voluntary Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Short & Long Term Disability</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Accounts</li>\n <li>401K</li>\n <li>Generous Vacation and Sick Program</li>\n <li>10 Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Education Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Business Casual Attire</li>\n <li>Generous Referral Program</li>\n <li>Employee Discounts and Rewards</li>\n <li>And much more!</li>\n <li>All resumes are held in confidence.
