          "text": "<p>Please note, this is a multi-unit role that requires the ability to work between all Eataly Toronto locations: Yorkville, Sherway Gardens, Don Mills, Eaton Centre, and the Distillery.</p><p>The Education and Events Lead is a food enthusiast who passionately engages guests in Eataly’s mission through events and educational programming. Reports to the&#xa0;Events &amp; Education Manager.</p><ul><li>Leads onsite execution of&#xa0;public and private events including: specialized cooking/wine/food knowledge classes, group reservations, buyouts, press events, tastings and private receptions</li><li>Supervises&#xa0;and supports&#xa0;staff members&#xa0;onsite&#xa0;during events to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Posts classes on Eventbrite, following manager's directions; compiles instructor biographies, Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) and&#xa0;follows up with clients prior to event execution; creates class registration pages online</li><li>Places collateral, food and beverage orders needed prior to event execution</li><li>Fosters accountability in departments and interdepartmental collaboration when planning events, such as sending Outlook calendar invites with event information and updating weekly/monthly calendars.</li><li>Builds and manages client lists and relationships</li><li>Creates and prints graphic material for events as required</li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li></ul>",
