The successful candidate will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing data solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights for Finance.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i><strong>Data Architecture &amp; Design</strong></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define and maintain the target-state data architecture for the CFO data platform</li>\n <li>Design scalable data models supporting analytics, reporting, and application use cases</li>\n <li>Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, metadata, and data quality frameworks<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i><strong>Analytics &amp; Application Architecture (OAC / APEX)</strong></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Architect Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) semantic models (subject areas) and dashboards</li>\n <li>Lead design of Oracle APEX low-code applications for workflow automation and data interaction</li>\n <li>Define reusable design patterns for self-service analytics and data access</li>\n <li>Ensure performance optimization, usability, and scalability of analytics solutions&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i><strong>Data Integration &amp; Engineering (ODI / ADW)</strong></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and govern data pipelines and ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)</li>\n <li>Integrate data from Oracle SaaS systems, on-prem platforms, APIs, and external sources</li>\n <li>Establish standards for orchestration, monitoring, and performance tuning of ETL/ELT jobs</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues</li>\n <li>Lead logical and physical design of Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)</li>\n <li>Optimize storage, partitioning, and query performance&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i><strong>OCI Platform &amp; Environment Management</strong></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support OCI platform administration, including:&nbsp;\n  <ul>\n   <li>Identity and access management (IAM, roles, least privilege)</li>\n   <li>Environment provisioning (DEV/TEST/PROD)</li>\n   <li>Networking configuration (VCN, security controls)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with enterprise security, audit, and risk standards</li>\n <li>Optimize OCI usage for performance and cost efficiency&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Talents Needed for Success:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong expertise in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) (semantic modeling, dashboards), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or ELT frameworks</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement experience</li>\n <li>Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD practices<br>\n  Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li>\n <li>Communicates effectively with both technical and business stakeholders</li>\n <li>Drives innovation and continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Operates with a strong sense of ownership and accountability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
