Critical Illness Coverage</li>\n<li>401(k) with Company Match</li>\n<li>Ace University: Apprenticeship, Leadership Training &amp; Skill Development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></span></span></p>\n<p>The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Foreman</span> supports the Superintendent and/or Project Manager by leading field crews and assisting with the installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment on assigned projects.</p>\n<p>This role functions as a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">crew leader / working foreman</span>, overseeing smaller projects or portions of larger projects while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and direct field personnel on assigned projects or work tasks</li>\n<li>Plan and organize work activities for maximum efficiency and productivity</li>\n<li>Ensure materials are ordered, received, and available on schedule</li>\n<li>Maintain required personal tools as directed by leadership</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety manuals, and procedures</li>\n<li>Direct field installation of electrical systems, conduit, wiring, and equipment</li>\n<li>Coordinate work to meet project schedules and production goals</li>\n<li>Ensure crew adherence to safety standards and company guidelines</li>\n<li>Perform all other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills &amp; Qualifications</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong commercial and industrial electrical background</li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting skills using test equipment (DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera, etc.)</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)</li>\n<li>OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid training preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to operate and maintain a service vehicle safely</li>\n<li>Professional communication skills (written and verbal)</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain organized jobsite documentation and records</li>\n<li>Strong time management and productivity skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work on rotating 24-hour call schedule as needed</li>\n<li>Strong leadership and crew management ability</li>\n<li>Proficient with basic computer and documentation tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mandatory Requirements</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License</li>\n<li>Background Check</li>\n<li>Drug Screening</li>\n<li>References</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> High School Diploma or GED required</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certification:</span> None required</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> Minimum 2 years electrical experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)</li>\n<li>Work at heights up to 90 feet on ladders, scaffolds, lifts, and platforms</li>\n<li>Work in confined spaces (manholes, switchgear rooms, crawl spaces, tunnels)</li>\n<li>Must wear required PPE at all times</li>\n<li>Overtime, night shifts, and travel/out-of-town work may be required</li>\n<li>Physically demanding field construction environment</li>\n<li>Use of ladders and construction equipment required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical &amp;
