Performance Specialist, Search

With us, you'll have the freedom to take the place that's rightfully yours. YOUR MANDATE You’ll be the activation expert in your discipline search. From campaign launch to optimization, you’ll identify performance opportunities, collaborate with growth experts, communicate results clearly, and ensure there are no errors. You will also be curious about new developments, certified in key areas and always on the lookout for innovations to drive our clients’ campaigns forward. ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, YOU WILL: Collaborate with digital growth experts to develop media recommendations specific to your activation channel Launch and market campaigns on platforms and with partners related to your discipline Identify and propose optimisation opportunities based on predetermined platform performance metrics Contribute to campaign reports by providing a list of optimisations performed and any context relevant to interpreting the results Help adjust audiences at the time of launch Master data sources from various partners and platforms for creating targeting Prepare routing sheets and submit materials for tag creation on the ad server Manage campaign closing: update digital calendars, update financial platforms, and follow up with dedicated teams Stay up to date on all new features, betas, or changes related to buying platforms, optimisation options, buying methods, and targeting data points Share innovations and best practices with the team. WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE: A relevant post-secondary degree (digital media, marketing, administration, etc.). 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing and search. Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. Comfort with numbers and IT tools. Experience with digital activation platforms . Experience with databases and administrative software (an asset): Radius, Lens, MediaOcean, DDS, etc. Fluency in both spoken and written French and English (English is a basic requirement because our global network interacts daily with clients on a national and international scale.).
