We are relentless in delivering the highest levels of services to provide tangible value and create sustainable results for our clients.</em></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Staffing Specialist will provide full range of federal civilian staffing and placement duties to include determining assessment methods, developing job analyses, building vacancy announcements in the USA Staffing system, assessing candidate qualifications, and issuing referral lists.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Full range of Federal Civilian staffing and placement duties</li>\n <li>Determine assessment methods</li>\n <li>Develop job analyses</li>\n <li>Build vacany announcements in USA Staffing system</li>\n <li>Assess candidate qualifications</li>\n <li>Issue Referral lists</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>7 years Federal Civilian Staffing</li>\n <li>Public Trust Clearance</li>\n <li>USA Staffing system</li>\n <li>Experience/demonstrates thorough knowledge of laws, statutes, and regulations of Title 5</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with Federal reduction in force and workforce reshaping efforts</li>\n <li>Experience in applying 5 C.F.R. Part 351.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Certifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>DEU - Delegated Examining Unit certification</li>\n</ul>",
