In this role, you will support complex, production-critical infrastructure environments for media and entertainment clients, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing systems.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">The ideal candidate is a seasoned infrastructure generalist with strong experience in Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls, network design, and enterprise storage platforms. This role requires daily interaction with clients, so strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions are essential.</span></p><h2><strong><span style=\"font-size:20px;\">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></h2><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Administer and maintain enterprise firewall environments (Fortinet and Palo Alto).</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure environments using Cisco, Arista, and Dell technologies</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Support and optimize enterprise storage systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across multi-site environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Engage directly with clients to provide technical guidance and responsive support.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Contribute to infrastructure planning, architecture improvements, and long-term optimization strategies.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications / Skills</strong></span></h2><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Extensive experience with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewall administration.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Strong background in network design, administration, and troubleshooting in high-performance environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Experience supporting Media &amp; Entertainment workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Experience with hypervisors including VMware vSphere and Proxmox.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Experience with enterprise storage platforms such as PowerScale, Qumulo, NetApp, or similar.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to operate independently.</span></p></li></ul><h2><strong><span style=\"font-size:20px;\">Job Type</span></strong></h2><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Full-time (40 hours per week)</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Hybrid / Onsite.
