The Nursing Supervisor works closely with Nursing Managers and ancillary departments to ensure smooth operations, foster a positive work environment, and achieve the organization's overall goals.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Nurse Supervisors will report to the Nurse Manager.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Days/Hours:</span> This facility is staffed 365 days a years, 24 hours a day</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Pay Range:</span> Dependent upon degree and experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What you’ll do:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 11.0pt;\"><span>·         </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">Collaborate with the planning, development, evaluation, coordination and management of patients enforcing with department policies and protocols within the medical/surgical, obstetrics, and emergency departments and in coordination with the multidisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 11.0pt;\"><span>·         </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">Maintain supervision of all nursing personnel during assigned shifts.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;
