Description
We are looking for a commercially driven Associate Product Manager to help grow and evolve our Pressure & Force product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of industrial sensing, pricing strategy, and portfolio management, with exposure to both organic product development and acquisition-driven expansion.
You’ll work directly with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve portfolio performance, and translate customer needs into actionable product decisions. This is a hands-on role designed to accelerate your development into a full Product Manager.
What You’ll Do
Own defined areas of the product portfolio
Take responsibility for specific analyses and initiatives (e.g., pricing optimization, SKU rationalization, segment-level roadmap inputs) and drive recommendations to improve growth and profitability. Identify growth opportunities
Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to uncover and size new opportunities within the Pressure & Force sensing space. Support portfolio strategy and execution
Support the development and implementation of plans to maximize revenue and profitability for existing products from product introduction, growth, maturity, decline, and end of life within the Pressure & Force portfolio. Drive data-informed decisions
Monitor product performance (revenue, margin, share) and recommend actions to improve business outcomes. Partner cross-functionally
Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support product launches, develop sales enablement tools, and ensure successful execution. Engage with customers and the field
Gather insights through sales teams, customer interactions, and market data to inform product direction. Contribute to M&A and portfolio expansion
Support due diligence and portfolio assessments for potential acquisitions and adjacent market opportunities. What You’ll Learn
