This role sits at the intersection of industrial sensing, pricing strategy, and portfolio management, with exposure to both organic product development and acquisition-driven expansion.</p><p>You’ll work directly with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve portfolio performance, and translate customer needs into actionable product decisions. This is a hands-on role designed to accelerate your development into a full Product Manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Own defined areas of the product portfolio</strong></p><ul><li>Take responsibility for specific analyses and initiatives (e.g., pricing optimization, SKU rationalization, segment-level roadmap inputs) and drive recommendations to improve growth and profitability.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Identify growth opportunities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to uncover and size new opportunities within the Pressure &amp; Force sensing space.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Support portfolio strategy and execution</strong></p><ul><li>Support the development and implementation of plans to maximize revenue and profitability for existing products from product introduction, growth, maturity, decline, and end of life within the Pressure &amp; Force portfolio.</li></ul><p><strong>Drive data-informed decisions</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor product performance (revenue, margin, share) and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Partner cross-functionally</strong></p><ul><li>Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support product launches, develop sales enablement tools, and ensure successful execution.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Engage with customers and the field</strong></p><ul><li>Gather insights through sales teams, customer interactions, and market data to inform product direction.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Contribute to M&amp;A and portfolio expansion</strong></p><ul><li>Support due diligence and portfolio assessments for potential acquisitions and adjacent market opportunities.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Learn</strong></p><ul><li>How to manage and grow a technical product portfolio in an industrial market&nbsp;</li><li>Pricing strategy, margin management, and commercial decision-making&nbsp;</li><li>How to evaluate new markets and acquisition opportunities&nbsp;</li><li>Translating customer and business needs into product requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Working cross-functionally to bring products to market&nbsp;</li></ul>",
