About the role We are looking for a motivated engineer or student to work on robotics simulation and sim2real challenges. The role involves running physical experiments with robots, tuning model parameters, and improving simulation fidelity. You will collaborate on projects that connect simulation environments with real robotic systems. Your Responsibilities Conduct experiments with robotic platforms and compare results with simulations Work with physics-based simulators (e.g. MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, Gazebo) Tune and fit simulation parameters to match real-world robot behavior Contribute to sim2real research and development tasks Support integration of simulation workflows into robotics projects Essential Skills Background in robotics, control, or related fields Hands-on experience with physics-based simulation tools (MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or with physics engines in Unity/Unreal Engine) Programming skills in Python and/or C++ Basic understanding of robot dynamics and control Beneficial Skills Experience with real robotic hardware Familiarity with optimization or system identification Knowledge of ROS2 Knowledge of deep learning (reinforcement learning and transfer learning) Interest in sim2real transfer methods What we offer A dynamic high-tech company combined with financial soundness and world-class investors.
