With a global team of 400+ professionals across North America, Delhi, and Bangalore, we operate around the clock to meet the demands of complex projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At JMT Consultants Detailing Private Limited, we are equally committed to our people, offering strong benefits, growth opportunities, and a culture built on excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Steel Detailing team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Job Responsibilities:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires good experience with Structural Steel Detailing &amp; Designing work</li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance to drafting and junior engineering personnel and co-ordinate design and drafting work within assigned area</li>\n<li>Create and prepare project-related materials and documentation to support internal teams and project execution</li>\n<li>Coordinate project-related details between clients and production staff while ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards</li>\n<li>Collaborate with HQ to ensure all project requirements and specifications are achieved</li>\n<li>Schedule and allocate project resources to meet construction timelines and client delivery expectations</li>\n<li>Effectively coordinate project modifications and adapt to changing project requirements as needed</li>\n<li>Define project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines to ensure efficient workflow and accountability among team members</li>\n<li>Conduct daily reviews of project progress and provide feedback through task management systems in accordance with JMT Tekla project workflow procedures</li>\n<li>Prepare, track, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and design change summaries throughout the duration of the project</li>\n<li>Monitor and adjust project activities to ensure alignment with JMT Tekla project workflow procedures and delivery schedules</li>\n<li>Prepare drawing packages for client submission in accordance with scheduled project deadlines</li>\n<li>Review and revise drawing packages to ensure compliance with client standards, specifications, and quality requirements</li>\n<li>Ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule</li>\n<li>Provide ongoing support and guidance to production staff as needed to maintain project success and take delivery accountability</li>\n<li>Design and develop project solutions as required to meet project objectives and client expectations</li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative, motivated, and productive team environment throughout all phases of the project lifecycle</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under Grad: B. Tech/B.E. - Civil, Mechanical</li>\n<li>Diploma: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, PG Diploma - Any Specialization, Civil, Mechanical</li>\n<li>8+ Years of experience in the Steel Detailing industry willing to consider candidates who can demonstrate significant experience in a related field</li>\n<li>5+ Years of experience in Project Management</li>\n<li>Advanced level of knowledge of Tekla Structures</li>\n<li>Must know AISC &amp; CISC Standards</li>\n<li>Considerable proficiency and experience in working on Commercial US Projects</li>\n<li>Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel construction, fabrication, and the ability to read drawings</li>\n<li>Proven project management and coordination skills</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal guidance</li>\n<li>Deadline-driven with attention to detail</li>\n<li>Must have 5+ years’ experience in AISC / CISC Projects</li>\n<li>Must have good communication skills.
