    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EXPERIENCED RV SERVICE TECHNICIANS WANTED!</span></p>\n<p>Ron Hoover RV &amp; Marine Centers of Georgetown is looking for experienced RV Service Technicians to join our growing service team.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliance, and mechanical systems</li>\n<li>Perform inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on travel trailers</li>\n<li>Utilize diagnostic tools and service manuals to accurately identify issues</li>\n<li>Complete repair orders and documentation clearly, thoroughly and professionally</li>\n<li>Communicate repair findings and parts needs with service advisors and management</li>\n<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area</li>\n<li>Ensure all repairs meet company quality and safety standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous RV technician experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of 12V/120V electrical systems</li>\n<li>Familiarity with RV appliances, slide-outs, leveling systems, generators, and water systems</li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license required</li>\n<li>RVTI certification is a plus but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience</li>\n<li>Full-time, stable employment</li>\n<li>Supportive team environment</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and advancement opportunities</li>\n<li>Modern shop and equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Apply Today</span></p>\n<p>If you enjoy solving problems, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to be part of a strong service team, we’d like to hear from you.</p>\n<p>Ron Hoover RV &amp; Marine Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>",
