We value both heart and head, the diversity of our people, and their experiences because that is how we continue to grow as a leader in our industry and expand our individual and collective potential.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Non-classified domain, end user and workstation support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work as a member of the Business Services Team to provide end user and workstation support for both onsite and remote users throughout the US and international offices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Security Implementation & Monitoring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in applying and maintaining security controls on geospatial systems in accordance with NIST, DoD, and company standards.</li>\n <li>Monitor system security status and report anomalies or incidents promptly.</li>\n <li>Support continuous monitoring activities and vulnerability management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Documentation & Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with RMF and applicable federal regulations.</li>\n <li>Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Incident Response</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in investigating and responding to security incidents.</li>\n <li>Document findings and implement corrective actions under ISSM guidance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li>\n <li>Able to obtain an Active DOD Secret security clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years in information system security or related field.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with RMF, NIST SP 800-series, and DoD security requirements is a bonus.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft O365, license severs, Microsoft SCCM.</li>\n <li>Experience working in a call management system.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in Systems Administration, Service Desk or similar role.</li>\n <li>Resourcefulness and problem solving aptitude.</li>\n <li>Strong customer service / communication skills.</li>\n <li>In depth understanding of computer hardware, networking and ticket management.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Please be aware that some of our positions may require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
