This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a technical mindset and a passion for working with clients to build a career in the Intellectual Property industry.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br>🔎 The Equinox product: an IP management software for law firms and corporates around the world. Our system helps IP professionals seamlessly manage the protection of their intellectual property portfolio.<br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">This role will include:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Successfully onboard new clients on to the Equinox Corporate / Law Firm IP Management System platform</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead client onboarding journeys from contract signature through successful go-live</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding phases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop onboarding schedule and timelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct discovery sessions with Clients to assess their requirements for being Onboarded onto the system</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Deliver product training sessions to end users.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Configure technical solutions to meet client requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Become an expert in our flagship Intellectual Property Management System; Equinox Corporate / Law Firm</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work both independently and as part of a team on a range of onboarding projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with clients to ensure a successful system implementation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work to regular client deadlines &amp; internal deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Carry out ad hoc system configuration tasks and trainings for existing clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless client experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The successful candidate must be:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Self-motivated, technically minded, pro-active and an excellent communicator.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Empathy and relationship-building</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proactive and solutions-oriented</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Fluency in English <span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">AND</span> German.
