This role is critical to new client startups, ongoing operations, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and customer satisfaction.</p><hr style=\"display: block;\"><h3 style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\">🔑&nbsp;Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Partner with the <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Director of Operations</span> to support new customer clinical and technical startups</li><li>Interface directly with client administrators, physicians, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses, equipment vendors, physicists, and CDL sales and management teams</li><li>Ensure smooth clinical operations of Cardiac PET systems and ongoing technologist competency</li><li>Provide physician training on the technical and clinical aspects of Cardiac PET</li><li>Ensure adherence to <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\"><strong>ALARA principles</strong></span> and radiation safety standards</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and Project Managers on assigned accounts</li><li>Oversee ongoing Cardiac PET laboratory operations to ensure efficiency and staff confidence</li><li>Support objectives related to patient care, personnel and equipment management, quality assurance, in-service education, and customer satisfaction</li><li>Serve as a staff technologist for CDL PET and Hybrid accounts as needed</li><li>Provide regular updates to customers and management on a weekly, monthly, and as-requested basis</li><li>Deliver ongoing clinical and technical training, including onboarding new client employees</li><li>Conduct routine site visits to ensure technologist and physician satisfaction</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of CDL business and patient information</li><li>Assist with training and mentoring of new employees and coworkers</li><li>Uphold CDL&rsquo;s core objective of delivering the<strong>&nbsp;</strong><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\"><strong>best appropriate patient care</strong></span></li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul><hr style=\"display: block;\"><h3 style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\">🎓&nbsp;Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Associate Degree in Nuclear Medicine required; <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</span></li><li>Board certification through <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">NMTCB and/or ARRT</span></li><li>Minimum of 4 years of Cardiac PET Nuclear Medicine experience with CT certification</li><li>Demonstrated ability to improve work processes and manage complex projects</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and clinical training skills</li><li>Professionalism and composure when handling conflict, emergencies, and change</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed to support customer startups, laboratory setup, technologist and physician training, applications training, and clinical workflow education</li></ul><hr style=\"display: block;\"><h3 style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\">💼&nbsp;What CDL Nuclear Technologies Offers</h3><p>CDL Nuclear Technologies is a well-established national organization committed to investing in the long-term growth of its employees.
