It&rsquo;s a place to build a career and a community.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide end user computer and first level help desk support to resolve computer hardware and software issues</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint hardware including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using remote management tools, such as N-able, PDQ Connect, and SmartDeploy</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Install, update, and administer software including Microsoft 365 Office, cloud-based applications, and firm-specific tools including Thomson Reuters GoFileRoom and Engagement Manager</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Answer, troubleshoot, document and escalate support calls as needed</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Track and maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware lifecycle and software licensing</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
