font-weight: bold\">About the Role:<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As a Case Worker, you’ll work directly with individuals experiencing multiple and complex needs, providing tailored support through a structured case management approach.<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You’ll empower clients to develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to sustain their tenancies and move towards independent living.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Deliver 1:1 and group-based support using a case management approach</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Complete comprehensive risk assessments, support plans, and safety plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Motivate and empower clients to achieve personal goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support development of coping strategies and positive behaviours</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Design and deliver engaging activity programmes focused on independence and wellbeing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Encourage client involvement in shaping services and activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in reflective practice and fortnightly case reviews</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate records in line with data protection standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor tenancy compliance and address any issues appropriately</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build strong partnerships with external agencies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Use motivational interviewing and assertive engagement techniques</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We’re seeking candidates who bring both experience and empathy, with:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience supporting individuals with multiple complex needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to engage “hard to reach” clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong relationship-building and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with risk assessment and support planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge in areas such as mental health, substance misuse, domestic violence, brain injury, or welfare benefits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Understanding of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) and Trauma-Informed Practice (TIP)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience of lone working and managing risk</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">IT literacy for case recording and reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A flexible, proactive approach</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">🚗 Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
