    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">The Cooler Supervisor shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The successful applicant will be responsible for the supervision of 15+ employees. As such, (s)he will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and cleanliness of the crew. Will be responsible for counting loads of product to verify accuracy, completing paperwork, and reporting results to upper management daily. Will ensure proper rotation of all products in the cooler.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Primary duties:</strong></p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Coordinate activities in the cooler and loadout facility.<br><br><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Coordinate activities between production and loadout.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Coordinate timing and delivery of products to wholesale trucks and trailers.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work with branches and other customers to ensure the best quality from the cooler.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Supervise and manage the daily work of department teammates; create and maintain schedules and job assignments.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Cover vacations/early loadouts when needed.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Understand and implement company goals and standards related to areas such as productivity, order quality, damages, shrinkage, safety, sanitation, and overtime.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
