Consider joining our team and changing the way you think about work!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of the property.  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fulfill customer service requests promptly as assigned</li>\n <li>Complete daily rounds and check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities and any other functional or safety concerns</li>\n <li>Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and heating system repairs</li>\n <li>Prep/turn of vacant units/suites</li>\n <li>Pick up/clean grounds and common areas</li>\n <li>Light carpentry work</li>\n <li>Drywall repairs and finish work</li>\n <li>Touch up painting</li>\n <li>Take after hours “on call” duties as assigned</li>\n <li>General cleanliness and upkeep of interior and exterior of the property</li>\n <li>Immediate attention to areas posing risks to life safety of residents and customers (fire alarms, trip hazards, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma</li>\n <li>HVAC certification</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance</li>\n <li>Excellent diagnostic skills</li>\n <li>Strong customer service skills</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and sense of urgency in completing job tasks</li>\n <li>Ability to follow instructions efficiently</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a friendly, professional attitude with prospects, residents and colleagues</li>\n</ul>",
