Come join our Gold Medal Team as a Facility Supervisor at Okun Fieldhouse and Mid America West Sports Complex! You will...</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor games, practices, and tournaments of up to 8 basketball/volleyball courts</li>\n <li>Provide an upbeat, safe environment for the public</li>\n <li>Provide excellent customer service, leadership, and supervision of the facility</li>\n <li>Enthusiastically greet patrons</li>\n <li>Open and/or close the facility</li>\n <li>Ensure facility policies are followed</li>\n <li>Assist with setup/tear down of activities, events, and programs</li>\n <li>Some light maintenance duties including removing trash, cleaning restrooms, etc.</li>\n <li><strong>Pay Range: $14.00 - $18.00, depending on qualifications.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age 18 years and older.</li>\n <li>Experience working directly with the public.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of customer service expectations and ability to solve customer service issues.</li>\n <li>Experience in an athletic facility or sports office is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions.  Specified criteria may vary by Department.</em></strong> </p>",
