LTD., NH-69 Near Powarkheda Railway Station, Biaora, District Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh -461111</p><p>Job objective&nbsp;</p><p>Domestic Rail/Road movement at DPMT includes ensuring smooth Rail/Road Operations in coordination with all the stakeholders viz. railways, transporter &amp; all domestic end clients,&nbsp;<br>ensuring timely delivery, faster TAT of rakes and trailers for timely delivery of containers - last mile.<br>Inventory is to be maintained and ensure containers are loaded in sound conditions for outbound rakes within stipulated time.<br>Daily MIS to be prepared and sent to all stakeholders.<br>Responsibility for timely and faster evacuation of containers, Operation management,&nbsp;<br>Cost saving, Customer services, Data Integrity, process improvement and safety &amp; statutory compliance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key responsibilities&nbsp;</p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collecting invoices from the container arrived on rake and update invoice details in system.<br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Updating containers details (HC/GP, SA/EO) in system<br>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Making bunch of documents (Gate Pass, Invoice Print) for night dispatch for factory destuffing.<br>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparation of dispatch report and sharing the same with all concerns.<br>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparation of empty arrival details and sharing the same with all concerns.<br>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supervision of domestic rake loading as per pre-defined specifications.<br>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring that surveyor will prepare tally sheet of rake and all seal numbers should be written against each container.<br>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordination with parties and arranging vehicle for ICD destuffing of containers.<br>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining laden &amp; empty inventory of DSO containers and daily sharing with all concerns.&nbsp;<br>10.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Confirming timely delivery at destinations and do necessarily follow up, manage escalations, also, extend support in coordination/ tracking of shipments with transporters, possess adequate knowledge of road permits/ waybills.<br>11.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Involved in updating of inbound train summaries and plan inbound containers for offloading from the train.<br>12.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creating Bookings and Updating of Inbound and Outbound details of trains in Elogisol /RMS.<br>13.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To ensure smooth &amp; efficient information system for daily &amp; monthly reports.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Education qualification&nbsp;</p><p>Candidate should have graduation completed with relevant experience.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p>",
