The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing culturally and linguistically responsive psychological services to students, supporting their academic achievement, social-emotional development, and mental health.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills in both English and the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).</li>\n <li>Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans to address students' communication goals and objectives in their primary language and English.</li>\n <li>Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, vocabulary development, and social communication.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to integrate speech-language therapy goals and strategies into students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and classroom activities.</li>\n <li>Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other members of the educational team to provide updates on students' progress, therapy goals, and recommendations for home practice.</li>\n <li>Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, materials, and technology to enhance students' speech and language skills and promote generalization of skills across settings.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, assessments, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.</li>\n <li>Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.</li>\n <li>Certification or proficiency in the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).</li>\n <li>Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous experience working as a bilingual speech-language pathologist in a school or educational setting.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques in both English and the target language.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package</li>\n <li>Flexible work arrangements</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li>\n <li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer:</p>\n<p>E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
