The right candidate will take full responsibility for traffic</p>\n<p>performance so leadership never has to worry about whether this direction is progressing.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Traffic Ownership &amp; Growth</span></p>\n<p>- Own and continuously grow total platform traffic across all channels</p>\n<p>- Monitor, analyze, and optimize traffic performance across organic search, AI-driven discovery</p>\n<p>platforms, social media, referral and partnership channels, direct and brand traffic, and app traffic</p>\n<p>- Build a unified traffic measurement and attribution framework</p>\n<p>- Identify growth opportunities and execute scalable acquisition strategies</p>\n<p>- Take full accountability for traffic KPIs and growth targets</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SEO Leadership</span></p>\n<p>- Define and execute global SEO strategy for an international media platform</p>\n<p>- Deeply understand search engine algorithms, indexing, crawling, and ranking factors</p>\n<p>- Lead technical, content, and authority SEO initiatives</p>\n<p>- Ensure proper site architecture, internal linking, indexation, and performance optimization</p>\n<p>- Monitor and react to algorithm updates and industry changes</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ASO &amp; App Discovery (Preferred)</span></p>\n<p>- Oversee App Store Optimization strategy and improve app visibility, conversion, and acquisition</p>\n<p>from mobile marketplaces</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Analytics &amp; Forecasting</span></p>\n<p>- Build traffic forecasting models across channels, predict growth scenarios and define realistic</p>\n<p>targets</p>\n<p>- Track performance vs forecast and adjust strategy proactively</p>\n<p>- Create executive-level reporting and actionable insights</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical &amp; Execution Management</span><br>- Translate growth needs into clear technical tasks for developers and product teams</p>\n<p>- Define SEO and traffic-related product requirements for website, mobile apps, and distribution</p>\n<p>systems</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team &amp; Vendor Leadership</span></p>\n<p>- Build and manage a distributed network of specialists including freelancers, agencies, and</p>\n<p>part-time experts</p>\n<p>- Ensure quality execution and measurable outcomes</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategy &amp; Planning</span></p>\n<p>- Develop a long-term traffic growth strategy</p>\n<p>- Identify key leverage points and scalable channels</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously test, validate, and iterate growth hypotheses</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p>- 7+ years in SEO, growth, or traffic leadership roles</p>\n<p>- Proven track record of scaling traffic for large media, content, or platform businesses</p>\n<p>- Strong expertise in technical SEO, analytics, and search behavior</p>\n<p>- Experience managing multi-channel traffic ecosystems</p>\n<p>- Ability to own strategy and execute hands-on</p>\n<p>- Strong analytical mindset and forecasting ability</p>\n<p>- Experience working with international audiences and markets</p>\n<p>- Deep understanding of modern traffic sources, including AI-driven discovery</p>\n<p>- Ability to translate business goals into technical and growth execution</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<p>- Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3</p>\n<p>- ASO experience</p>\n<p>- Existing network of trusted SEO or growth specialists</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Success Metrics</span></p>\n<p>- Sustainable growth of total traffic</p>\n<p>- Channel diversification and reduced dependency risk</p>\n<p>- Accurate traffic forecasting and delivery vs plan, clear visibility and control over all traffic sources</p>\n<p>- Measurable SEO and discovery performance improvements</p>\n<p>- Scalable and repeatable growth framework</p>",
