The Vice President will play a critical role in the execution of complex transactions across market structure, fintech, asset management, specialty finance, banks and insurance sectors.</p>\n<p>This position offers significant client exposure and leadership responsibility, working closely with senior bankers to originate and execute strategic advisory mandates.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Transaction Execution</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead day-to-day execution of M&amp;A transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory assignments</li>\n <li>Oversee financial analysis, valuation modeling, and transaction structuring</li>\n <li>Prepare and review client deliverables (pitchbooks, CIMs, management presentations, fairness opinions)</li>\n <li>Manage diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and client teams</li>\n <li>Drive deal timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Client Coverage &amp; Relationship Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support senior bankers in cultivating and maintaining relationships with financial institution clients</li>\n <li>Participate in client meetings, board presentations, and negotiations</li>\n <li>Contribute to idea generation and strategic advisory discussions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts</li>\n <li>Review financial models and presentations for accuracy and quality</li>\n <li>Allocate workstreams efficiently and provide developmental feedback</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Origination &amp; Business Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in identifying new business opportunities within FIG sectors</li>\n <li>Contribute to pitch development&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in financial services</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>4–8+ years of investment banking experience, with relevant FIG exposure</li>\n <li>Strong track record of executing M&amp;A transactions (sell-side and/or buy-side)</li>\n <li>Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction processes</li>\n <li>Understanding of financial institutions</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership and team management experience</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and client-facing skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience at a global investment bank or FIG-focused advisory platform</li>\n <li>MBA or equivalent advanced degree (optional but often valued)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary: $275,00&nbsp;</p>\n<p>#LI-DNI</p>",
