This role ensures all spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained in accordance with established standards. The position supports guest satisfaction and property presentation by providing consistent, high-quality environmental services across all shifts.</p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Lincoln</p></li>\n <li><p>Vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces throughout assigned areas</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain tidy and clean hallways, staircases, and floor landings</p></li>\n <li><p>Clean restrooms, including mopping, vacuuming, and broom/pan duties</p></li>\n <li><p>Stock and sort supplies as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing, shining, and caring for glass surfaces</p></li>\n <li><p>Clean administrative offices and conference rooms</p></li>\n <li><p>Restock and service restrooms on scheduled and as-needed basis</p></li>\n <li><p>Clean stains and spills on flooring and carpets when they occur</p></li>\n <li><p>Safely deliver lost and found items to designated locations</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure all cleanliness standards meet 5-star expectations</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform other duties as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be 21 years of age or older</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous experience in a resort or casino environment strongly preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of cleaning products and appropriate usage</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work independently with strong time management skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Good communication skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions</p></li>\n <li><p>Exposure to cleaning chemicals and standard property conditions</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift and carry items as required for cleaning tasks</p></li>\n <li><p>Work may involve fast-paced or crowded environments</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Schedule - Overnights</strong></h2>\n<p>Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.</p>\n<h2><strong>Drug-Free Workplace</strong></h2>\n<p>WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC is a Drug-Free Workplace.
