Eligible employees receive:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Generous paid time off for full-time employees</li>\n <li>401(k) matching</li>\n <li>Medical, dental and vision coverage</li>\n <li>Supplemental insurance options</li>\n <li>Flexible spending accounts</li>\n <li>Incentive bonus opportunities</li>\n <li>Continuing education and scholarship opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Full-time weekend ]RN position. </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Flexible scheduling, but Saturday and Sunday are required. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse is a field employee who:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs skilled nursing visits and completes coordination of client care,</li>\n <li>Point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients</li>\n <li>Oversees the frequency of visits for the episode.</li>\n <li>Consults as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care.</li>\n <li>Performs accurate OASIS collection, ensuring the medication profile remains current.</li>\n <li>Ensuring lab values have been reported to the physician timely,</li>\n <li>Attends weekly case conference and monthly case manager meetings</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following requirements:</p>\n<li>Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment</li>\n<li>A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred</li>\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice</li>\n<li>Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance</li>\n<p><strong>$5,000 Sign On Bonus</strong></p>\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>\n<p><em>Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
