We therefore encourage applications from all genders, races, religions, ages and sexual orientations, as well as parents, veterans, people living with disabilities, and any other groups that could bring diverse perspectives to our business.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Promptly answer reservation inquiries via telephone, email and/or in person in a friendly and professional manner following the company’s brand standards </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Analyze data to determine availability and rates</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Enter reservations into Scorpios system in a complete and accurate manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Utilize proper selling techniques and strategies to maximize budgeted venue occupancy and ancillary revenue goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Produce and sent letters of confirmation and other well-written correspondence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Give detailed information as needed to callers regarding rates, packages and all aspects of the venue operation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Produce reports based on the job training procedure that assist the Management Team to understand the Revenue and Occupancy progress</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Proven working experience as a Reservations Agent for minimum 2 years in 5* Hotels, High-End Restaurants or comparable, in terms of quality, Beach Compounds</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Very good knowledge of English language.
