That means a real opportunity to shape the role, establish ways of working, and build a new function from the ground up, in a team building a modern, scalable internal technology environment with full backing from our providers, the Digital team, and senior leadership.<br><br>You will act as product owner for our internal platforms and tools, drive automation and workflow improvements, and lead AI implementation into our day-to-day operations. You will be the go-to person to move ideas into live solutions, making Norvestor's internal technology work smarter, today and as we grow.<br> <br><strong>Who you are:</strong><br>You understand both the technical and the human side of systems, how tools should work, how people actually use them, and how to bridge the gap. You have hands-on experience from a similar role, having owned and developed IT environments, platforms, or digital infrastructure in a professional services, financial services, or comparable high-demand environment. You are structured and pragmatic, and comfortable working independently in a lean team. You are comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels. You take ownership, think long-term, and are motivated by creating systems and workflows that make a real difference to the people around you.<br> <br><strong>Impact and mandate:</strong><br>The mandate is execution: designing, building, and implementing solutions that improve how Norvestor operates on a daily basis.
