    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><a name=\"_Hlk168564167\"><span><strong>About The Role</strong></span></a></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Responsible for planning and executing the trailer build schedule for each factory based on available capacity and continually work towards improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 24px;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Partner with Plant Manager to maximize capacity, efficiency, and schedule accuracy.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Adjust Trailer MO operation dates to reflect current status and estimated completions.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Schedule new tracking numbers into their appropriate line utilizing VPI and INFOR.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Convert the serial number to full TIN within INFOR.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Coordinate with Sales to adjust trailers within the schedule per demand.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Assist Sales on Serial/Tracking number cancellations.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Coordinate with Purchasing and PPIC on schedule adjustments coinciding with delivery of material and piece parts.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Work with Engineering on schedule adjustments due to design constraints and changes.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Communicate critical issues throughout the company.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Support Production Scheduler II to complete tasks such as:</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Create routings for trailers, assemblies, and piece parts.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Quote new trailers, options, assemblies, and piece parts.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Audit and adjust quotes/routings based on efficiency data.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Facilitate OBS meeting Plant Managers and Supervisors.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Other duties as assigned.</span></span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Minimum of 2-years related manufacturing experience in production preferred. Experience in MRP/ERP systems preferred with background in continuous improvement, lean, and Six Sigma preferred. Team oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
