In this high-visibility role, you will manage cost optimization for a multi-billion dollar hybrid cloud satellite system that processes petabytes of critical weather and environmental data. Serving as a vital bridge between engineering, finance, and business teams, you will drive fiscal accountability and maximize government ROI through proactive budget forecasting, AWS cost-saving initiatives, and data-driven reporting. font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> 5–10 years of direct relevant experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">FinOps Expertise:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Deep understanding of FinOps principles and implementation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Federal Budgeting:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Expertise in Federal financial management, specifically the </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">PPBE process</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Cloud Expertise:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Strong background in AWS architecture, pricing models, and billing structures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
