Today, more than 8,500 employees at over 90 locations are working on this permanent challenge to make the world a better place.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Manufacturing Technician at Micro Star Technologies (MST) facility in Huntsville, TX (https://microstartech.com/nano-indenters-diamond-knives/)</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Sharpen, cut and/or mount diamond products to required specifications</li>\n <li>Operate various machines and instruments used in the manufacturing process</li>\n <li>Organize, coordinate, and perform all assigned in-house assembly and testing for manufacturing of products</li>\n <li>Track and report on real time production progress against production schedules</li>\n <li>Build and qualify parts and assemblies</li>\n <li>Document and provide timely feedback to management on issues encountered during build processes</li>\n <li>Organize and track all part inspection and non-conformance issues for assigned work</li>\n <li>Document manufacturing procedures upon request</li>\n <li>Support of quality and engineering through troubleshooting issues</li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance of machines used in production</li>\n <li>Requires occasional evening, off shift and weekend work to meet production schedules</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as requested</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> None</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good hand eye coordination</li>\n <li>Fine motor skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of metal machining or electronics repair a plus</li>\n <li>Experience working under microscopy</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills - Data Entry, MS Office, etc.</li>\n <li>Good organizational skills – Will need to sharpen and track multiple tips simultaneously </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School education or higher with experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $36,000.00/yr. and $62,000.00/yr. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bruker is an equal-opportunity employer.
