          "text": "<p>Assist the department managers in the overall operation of the department by completing assigned duties, and by serving in the capacity of the department manager in his/her absence of the manager.</p><p>Job Functions</p><ul><li>Train and supervise employees.&#xa0; Use verbal and written communication between departments and co-workers.</li><li>Monitor performance to ensure adequate cleanliness and stock level of guest rooms.</li><li>Physically inspect guest rooms.</li><li>Assist with establishing department guidelines, rules and regulations, and training programs.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and concerns.</li><li>Prepare requisitions, reports, correspondence, and forms relative to the operations of the department.</li><li>Operate vacuum cleaners and shampoo machines.</li><li>Clean and dust, including closest shelves, picture frames, mirrors, tubs and showers.</li><li>Lead special projects as assigned.</li></ul>",
