font-size: 18px;\">Become a subject-matter expert in key models (e.g., Trauma-Informed Care, IMR, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, De-escalation)</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous quality improvement strategies</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Identify clinical skill gaps and develop targeted workforce development plans</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
