We offer a competitive compensation package, generous benefits, and professional development / training. </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits Include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health and Wellness Insurance</li>\n <li>Retirement Benefits - 401k Match (6%), Profit Sharing</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>PTO</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>POSITION: <strong><u>Construction Skilled Laborer</u></strong></p>\n<p>LOCATION: Various jobsites <strong>throughout AZ</strong>. </p>\n<p>PAY: Depending on experience</p>\n<p>DUTIES: The specific duties will vary based on the project assignment.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform physical labor on heavy civil construction project.</li>\n <li>Operate various hand tools including: shovels, powered hand compactors, saws, drills, etc.</li>\n <li>Operating basic surveying/ layout equipment including: tape measure, level, pipe laser, etc.</li>\n <li>Assist in handling, loading and unloading materials safely.</li>\n <li>Recognize risks and hazards on job site.</li>\n <li>Work in close proximity with other equipment and crewmembers.</li>\n <li>Assist and work with others on construction crews.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to work hard each day.</li>\n <li>Good math skills for calculating measurements and accurate adjustments.</li>\n <li>Attention and commitment to safety, ability to follow instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to move at least 75 pounds.</li>\n <li>Physical dexterity, stamina and excellent hand-eye coordination with ability to: grasp, assemble, and lift objects, stand, sit, and walk for extended periods over uneven surfaces, squat, bend, climb ladders onto equipment or other objects, and potentially lie down.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in constant exposure to outside elements and heat.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Blount Contracting is an \"Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action\" Employer</strong></p>",
