Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><p>Assist with maintenance of EHR/CPS (as well as third-party systems, i.e. patient portal, e-prescribing, lab interface, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with senior staff, clinicians, and end users to design, build, test, train, implement, and evaluate all clinical software applications.</p></li><li><p>Provide support to staff who use clinical information system(s).</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as well as software modifications and enhancements</p></li><li><p>Maintain current knowledge of the systems and applications through: attending training courses, reading information available in product announcements, participating in system updates, and subscribing to vendor web sites.</p></li><li><p>Build good working relationships and maintain a continuous interface with customers, vendors, co-workers and supervisor and utilizes these relationships to resolve issues and problems and explore opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Provide training to clinical staff and user clients on EHR and other third party clinical systems</p></li><li><p>Develop and utilize training manuals and programs to keep the end-users at the highest level of knowledge on the functionality of the system.</p></li><li><p>Assist the Clinical Data Analyst in running reports and/or collecting and organizing data into meaningful evaluations.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">What We&#39;re Looking For:</p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Experience in problem analysis and testing with an emphasis in healthcare applications</li><li>Background in Healthcare Operations, Clinical Operations, Nursing and/or Physician Workflow</li><li>Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word</li><li>Clinical EHR Implementation and training experience (preferred)</li><li>SQL Server Management studio (preferred)</li><li>Ability to work fully in-office</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">About Blue Ridge Health:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
