    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong>CNC Programmer is responsible to create computer numerically controlled (CNC) programs to be used for automating machinists&rsquo; tools by using computer generated electronic data</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associate degree or higher in related field preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with CNC Mill multi-axis programming.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CAD/CAM experience NX preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Processing Engineer experience preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understanding of CNC machining techniques, and materials.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to interpret blueprints and knowledge of GD&amp;T</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to choose and/or design correct tooling, and apply speeds and feeds based on process and materials.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry to include Aerospace standards and specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of manufacturing outsource processes i.e. Plating, Surface treatments and Heat Treat.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advance Analytical skills to gather, process and interpret data to solve problems and make decisions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to details</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Time Management and Organizational skills.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure adherence to safety regulation and standard.
