This person can bring the brand of Hit Parader Live to every interaction along with excellent hospitality and quality service. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and execute quality beverages with excellence in accordance with established Hit Parader Live recipes and standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate with guests to help them navigate the menu and guide them to the items that would best suit their needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Multitask and accomplish multiple orders at once in order to get things on the bar in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Find opportunities to upsell and give guests a chance to engage with different elements of the menu while also boosting sales</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Represent the Hit Parader Live brand in every interaction while providing exceptional hospitality and anticipating needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Navigate different situations with proper judgement such as knowing when not to serve an intoxicated guest or problem solving a difficult guest interaction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Share about upcoming events and opportunities for guests to enjoy and engage with Hit Parader Live performances</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Occasionally help with event set up as needed in coordination with the Entertainment Director</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Process payments accurately using the POS system. Handle cash, tips, and end-of-shift procedures with accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure that orders are completed quickly and guests are satisfied </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clean and maintain bar equipment and utensils, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Continuously seek feedback and ways to improve our processes and customer experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Ideal Candidate</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be 18 years of age</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be TABC Alcohol Certified</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+ years of bartending experience in a high volume establishment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must have an extensive knowledge of cocktails and spirits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-centered attitude</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to work in fast paced, high volume, space while maintaining quality service under pressure with a calm demeanor</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to stay organized and maintain clean spaces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Preferred experience with Toast systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to work in a space with live music and manage service with louder decibel levels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to move and lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to stand for long periods of time, navigate stairs and uneven surfaces in a dimly light environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
