This role requires maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, administrative staff, and community stakeholders. We are seeking candidates for both full-time and part-time positions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Provide evidence-based treatment through Feedback Informed Therapy across various modalities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Deliver treatment via individual, couple, child and adolescent, and manualized group treatment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain quality and timely documentation of services encompassing all aspects of patient care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Participate in clinical supervision and training to develop competence in eight professional practice dimensions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain effective working relationships with the Clinical Director, co-workers, and community stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Participate in on-call services per HCBH rotation, adhering to defined procedures.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">If you have supervisory skills then lets talk!</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidate Qualifications and Experience</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">We're looking for passionate professionals who meet the following criteria:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Master’s Degree</span> in a Human-Services related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Licensed or licensable to practice therapy</span> in the State of Wyoming and/or Idaho; OR state-recognized <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">certification in the field of addiction</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Knowledge and understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">competent treatment</span>, including administering clinical evaluations, treatment planning, appropriate referrals, service coordination, documentation practices, and professional ethics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">High degree of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">organizational skills</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">attention to detail</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">communicate effectively</span> orally and in writing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft Office</span> (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Must possess a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">valid driver’s license</span> and be eligible for HCBH insurance coverage(s).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Successful completion of HCBH pre-employment screening and background check.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">We value our employees and offer a highly competitive package, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Competitive Salary - <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$55,000 - $70,000 Depending on Licensing and Experience</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Comprehensive Insurance:</span> Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Time Off:</span> Generous PTO Package and Paid Holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Retirement:</span> Wyoming Retirement Plan (9.25% Employee / 9.37% Employer)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><em>Note: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to walk, stand, sit, and use hands.
