Your expertise, ambition, and commitment will be recognised and rewarded as you build a successful career with us.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">We are currently seeking an</span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">experienced and talented <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Site Manager</span> to join our high performing team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">REPORTING TO:</span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"> Contracts Manager</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">LOCATION: </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Clondalkin, Co Dublin</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">CONTRACT TYPE:</span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"> Full-time, permanent</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">HOURS: </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Monday – Friday</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Role Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Responsible for the management of site-based teams of company employees and subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Responsible for delivery of projects in line with tender allowances and agreed programmes of work, actively managing any slippage. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Responsible for sub-contractor performance, ensuring variations are kept to an absolute minimum. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Timely completion of multiple concurrent projects, safely and within budget. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Attend internal and external review and progress meetings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, in-house functions, site installation &amp; construction teams. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Monitor legislative &amp; programme performance of sub-contractor as per own team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Site based change is identified and communicated to engineering / commercial &amp; support team within one week of occurrence. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Programme slippage is actively managed and mitigation plans implemented accordingly to minimise impact. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Motivate and lead team members, identifying and effectively managing underperformance in line with company procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Projects delivered ahead of agreed programmes. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Acts as an ambassador for the company by supporting, promoting and implementing all company and Business Unit initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Responsible for communicating and recording of all Corporate, SHEQ or Business Unit briefings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Induct new employees and subcontractors onsite in line with legislative requirements and company procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Work in collaboration with the SHEQ department and support any actions or recommendations from such.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Maintain accurate records and good documentation practices, being audit ready at all times.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">The Candidate</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Possess a relevant qualification in construction management <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OR</span> have a minimum of five years’ experience working in construction management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">A Minimum of 5 years management experience delivering Residential projects to completion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Proven track record of delivering projects to the highest quality with emphasis on safe and efficient construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Working knowledge of the Irish construction industry, regulations and standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
