          "text": "<p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li><strong>This position runs on a Pitman Schedule:</strong><ul><li><strong>Shift:&#xa0;</strong>12-hour rotating&#xa0;<u>night shift</u><ul><li>Week 1: Sunday, Monday,&#xa0;Thursday, Friday</li><li>Week 2: Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday</li></ul></li><li><strong>Hours:&#xa0;</strong>6:00pm - 6:00am&#xa0;</li></ul></li><li><strong><em>This shift includes a&#xa0;<u>$3/hr shift differential</u>.</em></strong></li><li>&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Perks of the Pitman Schedule:</strong><ul><li><em><strong>Ample Time Off:</strong>&#xa0;</em>Employees work&#xa0;approximately 14-15 days/month, providing significant time for rest and recovery.</li><li><em><strong>Improved Work-Life Balance:</strong></em>&#xa0;Employees get 3 consecutive days off every other weekend.</li><li><em><strong>Extended Vacation Potential:</strong>&#xa0;</em>By using only 2&#xa0;vacation days on a 2-day work week, employees can secure a 7-day break.</li><li><strong><em>Built-in OT:</em></strong>&#xa0;8 hours of OT built into the schedule every other week.</li><li><strong><em>Predictable Schedule:&#xa0;</em></strong>As a fixed, repeating 2-week cycle, this schedule is&#xa0;highly predictable and makes it easier for employees to plan their personal lives.</li></ul></li><li><strong><em>Candidates with direct experience will be eligible for a higher pay rate.</em></strong></li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>The position is responsible to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a number of press equipment</li><li>Perform all make-ready tasks associated with the Flexographic press operated such as mounting plates or installing print cylinders, examine plates/cylinders for imperfections and checks for correct positioning of images, prepping web paths, adjusting tension and register etc.</li><li>Make necessary color correction and anilox adjustment and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the quality specifications of the work</li><li>Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, making minor repairs and replacing worn or broken parts as required</li><li>Performs periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer</li></ul>",
