In July 2024, GMIN acquired the Oko West project. The Oko West Project is a new gold discovery in northwest Guyana. The role is essential to avoid accidents and ensure that construction, mining, or industrial operations run smoothly.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Communicate with equipment operators using hand signals, two-way radios, or other communication tools to direct movement of heavy machinery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all machinery operates within established safety protocols and local regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Signal operators indicate directions for loading, unloading, or other heavy equipment operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain clear communication with supervisors, equipment operators, and other team members to ensure safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor job site conditions, ensuring obstacles or hazards are identified and reported.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Observe equipment movements and provide signals to prevent collisions or damage to property, equipment, and personnel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Verify that equipment is operating within manufacturer and safety standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Record and report any safety violations, accidents, or incidents in accordance with company policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong situational awareness and ability to assess the job site quickly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
