Provide higher levels of technical support related to product performance and application. &nbsp;Responsible for effective communications with internal and external customers when making recommendations and solving problems.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Organizational Relationship &nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This position reports directly to the Director of Engineering.
