The ideal candidate will bring strong health, safety, and environmental experience, preferably within the Oil &amp; Gas sector. This role requires direct, visible engagement with frontline employees, leads, supervisors, and site leadership to promote HSSE expectations, support operational discipline, and help ensure work is planned and executed safely and in alignment with applicable regulatory and company requirements.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Job Purpose</strong></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>The HSE Advisor's responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Compliance Administration:</strong> Oversee and monitor adherence to the WFT OEPS Management System, ensuring that all operations align with established safety and environmental protocols</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Audit Participation:</strong> Engage in internal audits of the OEPS management system and assist with external audits as necessary, helping to ensure transparency and continuous improvement</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>System Review:</strong> Take part in regular assessments of the OEPS management system to confirm that objectives are met, and the system is functioning effectively, actively seeking opportunities for enhancement</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Implementation and Verification:</strong> Advise on the execution of safe working procedures, Technical Work Instructions, and Task Risk Assessments. Ensure compliance with the RADAR program and site-specific PPE requirements, while monitoring actions related to the RADAR process to confirm timely follow-up and closure</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>HSE Risk Assessments:</strong> Participate in the development and maintenance of current site HSE risk assessments and risk registers, fostering a proactive approach to safety</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Information Dissemination:</strong> Distribute relevant HSE information to employees, ensuring they are informed and engaged with safety practices</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Incident Record Management:</strong> Maintain HSE incident records in the WPTS, providing accurate documentation for review and analysis</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Emergency Preparedness:</strong> Participate in emergency response &amp; spill response drills as per Weatherford Standards, ensuring readiness for potential incidents while reviewing and updating applicable emergency response plans and spill preparedness response plans annually</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Site Induction Monitoring:</strong> Oversee site inductions to ensure they are conducted in accordance with company requirements, laying the groundwork for a safety-conscious culture</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Incident Investigation:</strong> Contribute to incident investigations (CPAR) by ensuring thorough completion and identification of root causes and corrective actions</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Safety Meetings Participation:</strong> Engage in daily, weekly, and monthly site safety meetings, fostering open dialogue about safety concerns and initiatives</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Hierarchy of Controls Advice:</strong> Provide guidance on applying the hierarchy of controls in the risk management process, promoting effective safety measures</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Facility &amp; Field Inspections:</strong> Conduct routine inspections of facilities and field operations to verify compliance with applicable OEPS HSSE and Risk Management processes.
