    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p>\n<p>In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of administration of medication to residents, as well as assisting residents with general, personal care as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer and document medication according to the organization’s policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Supervise the self-administration of medication when applicable. </li>\n <li>Complete and perform all treatments according to policy standards and nurses’ orders.</li>\n <li>Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed.</li>\n <li>Observe and report any changes in resident’s physical/emotional condition.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers.</li>\n <li>Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education.</li>\n <li>Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Position Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education</strong>: High School Diploma/GED</p>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Certifications: </strong>Medication Aide Certification may be required depending on state regulations</p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong>: 1+ years of caregiving or other related clinical experience</p>\n<p><strong>Skills</strong> <strong>& Abilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to demonstrate patience and compassion in working with the elderly.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min</h2>USD $19.00/Yr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $23.00/Yr.",
