Based in Napa, CA, this full-time, <strong>seasonal&nbsp;</strong>(typically late July/early August through October, season dependent), non-exempt seasonal role provides the opportunity to work closely with growers, vineyard teams, and winemaking partners to support the successful intake of high-quality fruit for winemaking operations.</p><p>This role is ideal for students or recent graduates with a passion for viticulture, agriculture, and the wine industry who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world harvest experience.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>Vineyard Monitoring &amp; Sampling</strong></span>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Conduct vineyard visits throughout the Napa region to&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;vineyard conditions and&nbsp;vine&nbsp;health.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Scout vineyards for conditions related to vigor, irrigation, disease pressure, pests, sunburn, canopy development, and other viticultural practices.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collect grape maturity samples from contracted vineyards according to established sampling schedules.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Record vineyard observations including phenology, crop loads, cluster counts, cluster weights, and other vineyard data.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist&nbsp;with monitoring ripening patterns and harvest readiness.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>Laboratory &amp; Quality Support</strong></span>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Perform basic laboratory analysis on grape samples to evaluate maturity and fruit quality.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;sampling and laboratory records.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support the Grower Relations and Winemaking teams with grape quality evaluations during harvest.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist&nbsp;in ensuring fruit quality standards and harvest specifications are met.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Harvest Coordination &amp; Operational Support</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Communicate with Grower Relations team members regarding vineyard conditions and harvest timing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support intake coordination activities to help ensure efficient fruit deliveries during harvest.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist&nbsp;with data entry, vineyard reporting, and administrative tasks related to harvest operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide support to cellar and laboratory operations when needed during peak harvest periods.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Grower Relations &amp; Team Collaboration</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Build positive working relationships with growers, vineyard personnel, and internal teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support Grower Relations Representatives with seasonal vineyard and grower communication activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in team meetings and harvest-related discussions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively within the&nbsp;grower&nbsp;community.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Health &amp; Safety</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Understand and follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Work safely in&nbsp;vineyard,&nbsp;laboratory, and winery environments.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions&nbsp;immediately.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Operate company equipment and vehicles responsibly and safely.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Report to work fit for duty and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in all required safety training and activities.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Currently enrolled in or recently completed&nbsp;a Wine&nbsp;&amp;
