We Create Smiles! </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guest.</li>\n<li>Prepare product for sale (icing, decorating, pricing, packaging and labeling).</li>\n<li>Maintain product level, quality and freshness.</li>\n<li>When requested perform bakery clerk functions.</li>\n<li>Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.</li>\n<li>Properly cleans work area, couplers and decorating bags.</li>\n<li>Maintain the organization of the freezer, including proper rotation of product according to variety.</li>\n<li>Communicate guest requests to management.</li>\n<li>Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor.</li>\n<li>Keeps supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times.</li>\n<li>Properly rotates icings (including how to read dates of icings) and scrapes down buckets.</li>\n<li>Use cake manual as reference material.</li>\n<li>Write on cakes.</li>\n<li>Properly mix colors according to color chart.</li>\n<li>Masters the use of the airbrush.</li>\n<li>Use cake production sheet.</li>\n<li>Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the cake section of the bakery.</li>\n<li>Perform all other duties as assigned by management.</li>\n<li>Performs Front Porch duties to ensure “guest arrival” standard is maintained.</li>\n<li>Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.</li>\n<li>Assist in product receiving and storage.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<li>Friendly, outgoing personality.</li>\n<li>Ability to work well with others.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and understand information and direction.</li>\n<li>Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.</li>\n<li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li>\n<li>Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.</li>",
