This role is accountable for people leadership, delivery execution, technical guidance, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring teams deliver high-quality software while fostering employee growth, engagement, and accountability.</p><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits Information</strong></p><p><strong>The base wage or salary range for this position is $150,000-175,000.
