    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Structural Superintendent in New York City, NY. &nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Lead and supervise day-to-day structural construction activities, including steel, concrete, framing, rebar, formwork, precast, or other structural scopes as applicable.</li><li>Plan and coordinate workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to maintain project progress and meet milestones.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and work plans to ensure field execution aligns with contract requirements.</li><li>Enforce site safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, identify hazards, and promote a strong safety culture.</li><li>Monitor workmanship and ensure all structural work meets quality standards, code requirements, and inspection criteria.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve field issues quickly and effectively.</li><li>Track daily progress, manpower, production rates, delays, and site conditions; prepare and maintain field reports and documentation.</li><li>Identify and mitigate schedule risks, sequencing conflicts, and constructability issues.</li><li>Verify that materials and equipment are delivered, stored, and used properly.</li><li>Support project scheduling by looking ahead, planning upcoming work, and adjusting resources as needed.</li><li>Participate in inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with environmental, company, client, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or construction-related degree preferred.</li><li>10+ years of construction supervision experience, with significant experience in structural work.</li><li>Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes.</li><li>Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and multiple work activities on active job sites.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project schedules.</li><li>Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.</li><li>Proficiency with daily reporting, scheduling coordination, and basic construction software tools.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li><p>Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p></li><li>Experience on commercial, industrial, civil, or large-scale infrastructure projects.</li><li>OSHA 30 certification.</li><li>NYC DOB License&nbsp;</li><li>First Aid/CPR certification.</li><li>Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management tools.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>Salary range&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>$120,000-$200,000</li><li>Eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>Benefits</strong>: The Company offers the following benefits&nbsp;for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: [Medical&nbsp;Insurance] [Dental&nbsp;Insurance] [Vision&nbsp;Insurance] [Health Savings Account] [Healthcare Flexible Spending Account] [Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account] [401(k) retirement plan&nbsp;with employer match] [Life &amp; AD&amp;D Insurance] [Long-term Disability Insurance] [Short-term Disability Insurance] [Critical Illness Insurance] [Accident Insurance] [Hospital Indemnity Insurance] [Home &amp; Auto Insurance] [Family Support] [Pre-tax Paid Parking/Public Transportation] [Paid time off: 2 Weeks for Non-Exempt&nbsp;and Three Weeks for Exempt] [Time Away Benefits] [8&nbsp;Paid Holidays] [Group Legal] [Employee Stock Purchase Plan] [Identity Theft Protection]&nbsp;[Group Legal] [Pet Insurance] [Employee Assistance Program]&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>Disclaimer:&nbsp;</strong>The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
